This page is linked to the respective quadrant on the Parent Used Equipment and Rebuilt Equipment main page. 

The page will have images and a the equipment will have a unique reference number and a unique description. I have examples into the brief for each template.

If someone would like to enquire about the equipment the BM would like to have a contact form which when mailed to the BM contact email it includes the reference for the machine and the description, as well as the fields in the form which are requested such as name, email etc. .Also can we bring these fields on the contact forma as the customer is completing so he sees what he/she is enquiring for as the form is completed and submitted.
